1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been customized or personalized.
  • Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@fectiv.online with your order details.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged.

4. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@fectiv.online.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or debit card company, as processing times vary.
